Its homogenized in every way down to the architecture, the modes of transportation, the businesses, and the layout. It's so uninspired and unimaginative it keeps you from really caring about the place. You can't walk anywhere which keeps people overweight. You don't see the other side of "prosperity" because there aren't any homeless around or decrepit buildings. Everything like that is tucked away.

I'm glad they're are people that recognize the fact that fairfax is to spread out for its own good. The kids that have grown up here all their lives no nothing else, and for them it's turned into a weird sort of acceptance that leans more towards depression. Suburbia is a nightmare, it really is. I'm tired of having to walk along these highways, breathing in all the fumes, I'm tired of everybody comparing themselves to eachother, materials wise, looks wise. The air is full of pretending.

hahah this version is my favorite.i go to this school, and there was a shitload of snow and we should have gotten they day off anyway, cars were sliding around and shit and everyone was late. they finally gave him detention for "using his cell phone at school" because they figured they had to do something

wow, thats pretty harsh, found out about this vid in the back of our school yearbook in the major events during the past year section. I guess news spreads fast and I bet she regrets ever calling them back.
