They can be tried for crimes once out of office. However, if someone's no longer in office, you wouldn't be able to impeach them.

I agree, the Democrats are accomplices to the destruction of our great country. There are very few honorable politicians left like Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich, who have the bravery to speak up for what is right when everyone is wrong.

5 years too late to grow a pair, and they know it. Congress followed the white house, while the media, the public, foriegn governments, the UN, even the CIA showed they were lying. Now they turn around and act like they had no idea what was going on when they let these things pass? They're all as guilty as each other.
