Dick Cheney is the devil walking on earth.He needs to be impeached, imprisoned and put on death row. In fact the law does not provide a sufficient punishment for the amount of terror brought on humankind by this individual. He would deserve it to be dragged naked by his balls through the streets of Washington to be seen live on television channels all over the world.
