By mainstream Fox you include Fox I assume. And the reason why the news turned to more gossip, car chases, flashy graphics and attack politics is... wait for it... Fox news' ratings. So, blame the public who watch Fox news.

The sad truth in this world is that loyalty can be purchased. Government contracts are a big part of the underworld. I say underworld because nice people don't get milk contracts. You get a good contract because you get the job done. If someone gets in your way you get them out of your way because it is either them or you. No one is thinking about if the milk is drinkable or not. That is the FDA's job. I'd start taking a better look at the FDA.
