She apparently met no resistance. She did not intimidate. Any woman who's been assaulted can tell you the difference here. And that mentality - that a man has to violently punish anyone who threatens his ego - That is hate. That has to be punished.

abosolutely, any possible deception doesn't negate the crime of murder.......I agree. The sad thing is this that Angie got killed and that people can't safely be themselves in our society at large........

if you now say 'this would never of happened if' i hope you would realise this is something she had to do, nobody has the right to take her life, I agree it was stupid not to be open from the start, god knows this worlds filled with weird people that would kill over much less things. But that doesnt negate the fact that this was a crime commited out of hate, She gave him a blow job nothing more... if he was a real man he wouldnt of needed a weapon to beat and kill a young girl.

This is sad. No one deserves to be killed. Andrade SHOULD be charged with murder. But no one deserves to be tricked either. And it LOOKS like that is what happened. If Zapata had been upfront about her physical characteristics, perhaps they would not have even met.
