Totally disagree. It just doesn't have the shoutiness that Grohl brings. I love the Foo's version but this is a great cover.

Re the chords/capo, pause the video at 2:43 as a starting point and have a go at working it out from there. Sorry I don't know the chords to this version but I hope that helps a little.
