To be honest, I bought a pack of these from my friend to try them out and they do actually work. I actually noticed a lot more energy, and I slept better too. The only problem is, if you don't eat anything when you take them, they give you stomache cramps. Otherwise, they're pretty good!

i wouldn't trust anything from quixtar, this stuff is probably junk
