Exactly, Hitler was NOT in favor of a Pan-Europe contrary to popular belief. Even within Europe itself there were many areas such as Spain, the South of Italy, and the "clerical masonic half of France" that he had no desire to ever even visit, because they were simply unimportant to him. Even with the countries that Hitler collaborated with he stated this was "only for the short term", and he struggled over the foreign imported term "Kollaboration" which had little meaning to him.
