even though it wasnt the best answer what she's saying is right. The Bail out was supposed to stimulate our general economy to get us on track again. Health care, job creation, trade and new oppertunities would all be influenced by the bail out. So even though the bail out is taxing Americans shes saying in the end its going to help Americans because the tax money should help stimulate our economy to the point where we can have more accesible health care and jobs.
