I have had gastric bypass surgery myself but why do I have to have chewable calcium and Iron separately by two hrs whys this also take a multivitamins tablets too I hate the calcium tablet I have it takes like chalk over here in the UK the battle to get funding is hell too.

There is a great web site where you can find resvert. I have had my cancer results come back negative because of this product and have lowered my bad cholesterol because of it. Calcium should also be taken with magnesium.What multi are you taking?Regular mutivitamins are based on the RDA which is dangerously low.A good multi is Life Extension Mix.

"Your doctor or nutritionist may have told you after surgery your going to take your tums.... tums? tums are yada yada throw the tums out" bah, I know you werent speaking on specific terms but it just stood out to me because there are a lot of stupid people out there that believe it or not would just do something like that reguardless of whatever reasons they are supposed to be doing said activity... thats all I'm saying, gotta be careful
