Oh I agree with you completely! Someone who has that kind of control over himself could be a devastating fighter. I just feel that XMA is more for show and fitness than it is for combat or self-defense situations. Unless...you were some street punk that wanted to start some crap and then saw some dude do a 720 roundhouse and a handspring in one motion...then you'd just need to change your pants lol

True these moves wouldnt be used in combat, but this guy obviously has total control of his body and mind which is the biggest part of fighting anyway

yeah ur rigt.. but you still get extremely strong of it :) its stil gymnastiks and it requires quite a bit strenght ;) but yea they don't learn how to fight ;D

XMA is probably the most impressive display of athleticism on the planet. That stuff is crazy! Obviously it wouldn't do much good if you had to defend yourself...well unless the person is completely drunk or something lol |
