I saw Sanford Townsend in either '76 or '77 at Clemson-- I always thought he had one of the best voices I ever heard--love most of the rest of that album--you can get it on CD--other tunes are really good also--not too dated but a tad heavy on the synthesizer--I always wonder what happened to them---you can tell the guy has a really powerful voice--but never had a big hit after that,,,?
