The difference is you don't put a background or a feeling to a vowel exercise. This means it doesnt transmit anything. Vowel Exercise is just that for Exercise. I don't think this is an exercise.

I found this stuff fascinating when I was studying music heavily in school. But, now, it is the equivalent of a 1st grader learning phonics and doing vowel exercises.
