Why is genius confused with mental illness? Seems odd. Most geniuses are endowed with absolute rationality. I know. I work in a lab where there are many who belong to MENSA and possess 'genius' qualities. Not one is mentally ill, 'challenged' or takes any medications. My sister is 'mentally challenged' but has an incredible penchant for vocabulary. That doesn't make her a genius no more than Daniel Johnston's musical ability. I found your term of genius a complete misnomer. Not common. I know.
