Manchurians speak Tungus language whereas Koreans and Japanese speak Altaic language. That's an evidence that Manchurians are part altaic, but they are not very much related to koreans enthnically. Manchurians were southern argricultural people moved to the north while koreans are true altaic nomadic people as the culture, language and their nose shape explain it.

Koreans and Japanese are not Altai. On the other hand, Northern Han have high admixture of Turkic blood, due to the Northern Wei and rule of the Shatuo Turks.

a Han Chinese is like a White American. The description is way to vagur to identify the individual since the Han can mean a lot of different sub groups as White Americans can mean brits,irish,italitan, russians, dutch, german, etc.

not every han chinese are mixed with mongols, xianbei and turks, those hu ren are too small in number to alter the blood of the original han chinese, but its true though all chinese are mixed.

Correction, altaic is a language group not a race. Chinese, japanese, korean, vietnamese all have asiatic features even though they speak different language, asiatic looks is not solely altaic. Besides, china have alot of contact with altaic people's ancestors the hun the later the xianbei, wuhuan, rouran, etc.
