I play the cello, and I think if you actually play the instrument you appreciate it a lot more. If you close your eyes and just let go this song just makes you feel like you're floating. So beautiful.

Still not convinced - still think that overall, Rostropovichs' version is more personal - this seems to pander to the listener rather than be a personal interpretation. |
