Errr, it wasn't actually a rape scene, he barely remembers it, and the battle isn't based around the scene, but what Giygas says. Also, the human mind is made to make an object look like what you think it is... In other words, if you think its there, it actually looks like it's there.

I just found out what a "Bottle rocket" actually looks like. I was dissapointed. I thought it would be like those times in Tom and Jerry where wine bottles started exploding and flying out of the racks. But no I find out it's a little pencil sized fireworks thing that goes about 100 feet in the air. Now I'm trying to figure out how they did so much damage and why they are called bottle rockets anyways.
