That might actually be brother Mike holding the bass at the end as well as long-time Toto percussion man Lenny Castro.

The album version's band was pretty much Toto without Steve Lukather (guitar) and Bobby Kimball(singer). As far as this performance, Jeff and Steve Porcaro are there, but I'm not sure any of the others toured. Soon after, the guys named themselves Toto, and stepped out of the studios and into the limelight.

This excellent!!! Besides Jeff how many others in his band became Toto. Thanks for finding it. Both groups were a big part of my teens.
