This works. I usually go in the evenings to avoid the crowds. I use the free-weights, some lats and maybe a lap or two in the pool. I sometimes put on my ipod when the place is full. People think its rude to interupt me but I dont even have my music on... Hahaha... oh my.

Amway, and similar companies, were created specifically for stupid people who need someone to hold their hand through small business start up. These companies are permeated with mental midgets who need the basic philosophies of business, self promotion and marketing, presented on a book on tape because they are too stupid to glean these concepts from any other source.
