Not true man, I've been playing guitar, bass and mandolin for over 20 years and I found out from these comments that it is called a Jam Block. Even the booklet of the record says that it is a Cowbell.

your welcome. I am just sick of people saying " it's not a cowbell, it's a 'woodblock' or 'jam block'" trying to soud like they know what they're talking about, when they are, in fact, prooving their own ignorance. Anyone with eyes knows it's not an actual cowbell.
