It's talking about how most one hit wonders always have no true meaning in thier music, it's just full of "Oooo's", "Ahhhs" and "Fa-la-la's". This song is a contradiction, beacuse it talks about 'word play' of not having lyrics. It's making fun of those compositions. :]
