You do realize that oil is a finite commodity, no?You are talking about John Mccain, the same guy who said he wished there was "no interest rate" right? The same guy who said the "fundamentals of the economy are strong" this week as AIG collapsed, causing an 85 million dollar expense to the tax payer. How do you propose that John McCain will lower the price of oil? He has no control over it. And please don't say "offshore drilling" or "ANWAR" because geologists agree there's not enough.

Well fortunately McCain will decrease the price of oil. Once the dollar becomes stronger oil prices will diminish. Once the dollar increases most economic factors will also increase.

I'm tired of the GOP ideal of privatizing profits while socializing costs. (Read AIG, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) I don't like the bailing out of these poorly run, mismanaged, publicly held, companies who are guilty of corporate avarice and capitalist malfeasance. It amounts to welfare for the rich.
