I dislike red meat, and not only for health reasons. It sits in your colon and rots for up to five days. *shudder* i do love chicken, and fish, however. I eat about the equivelent of two steaks per year in red meat. i think it's natural for humans to consume meat. It's the natural order of things. Would tell a lion it's wrong to hunt zebra? i do hate how they kill the animals. that's why my family only buys kosher protducts. and soy products do give enough protein to our bodies, along with eggs.
