Anyway let's end this here. But my conclusion is only as follows...1.Tamil is only a language which has been adapted as part of the dravidian culture in the recent past. It by itself does not represent dravidian culture. So it holds no credit of anything that the dravidian/indian/hindu culture holds2.This tamilsong in a non-telugu film only reveals the dominating, over patriotic nature of the tamil speaking peoplemy conversation ends here. you can keep arguing with yourself if you want to.

Brother, I am not a Christian or Muslim who subscribes to his Religion because there is a Faith in the Proof of his Religion as written in History. Mythology is true for us. And if you are an Indian, they either you have to be a Hindu or should proudly acknowledge that your ancestors were Hindus. Otherwise you don't even belong here. My guess is that probably your ancestors were probably forcibly converted by the Evil Missionaries. I think you understand what the word Forcibly means.

dear bros ,i am sure you two will agree if we conclude kannada, telugu and tamil are all dravidian sisters(debate is not about whos the eldest ..) who have always shared the good will, cultures, talents, habitats, vocabulary, ideas and now the tag of being the "classical languages" ...may be we can call karnataka sangeeta as dravida sangeetha (south indian music) ...

You are confusing History with Hindu mythology. I need not subscribe to ur Hindu Disney fantasy world of monkeys demons and gods :D

I don't understand what Tamil Kingdoms Tamil Countries you are saying. Sanskrit has always been the mother language of India and its Children are Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada etc., NOT TAMIL. There was no Tamil Kingdom, and no Tamil Country for God's Sake. That's the worst thing that could happen that I could think of.

Telugu was not born 2000 years ago brother. This is what probably the British Historians concluded just like the Fake Aryan Theory. Tamil for instance in its earlier form Tamizh has its earliest references in the Dwapara Yuga in the works of Vyasa. Similarly Telugu in its earlier form of Teligi or Trilinga (Land of the three Lingas) originates in the Treta Yuga. Lord Hanuman's Mother tongue was one of it's dialects.

My argument is Carnatic music originated in Tamil land not about later days composers Purandara, Tyagarja or Ananmacarya etc. U have to refute tat n not on the language they composed. There were Chera, Chola and Pandya Tamil kingdoms and Tygaraja was born in Chola Kingdom. 500 yrs ago Malayalam didnt exist and 2000 yrs ago Telugu didnt exist! Tygaraja didntt study music in Andra Pradesh, he studied in Tamil country that was the home land of classical music just like ur kuchipudi LOL.

Part of what was India yesterday is Pakistan today. Same way, Tamil Nadu was not Tamil Nadu always. And Tyagayya, Annamayya might have been born on that soil which you call Tamil Nadu today but they were least Tamilian and all their compositions were in Telugu NOT TAMIL. And theo origin of Music/Nada Shasthra itself is found in the Sama Veda (which is in Sanskrit and NOT TAMIL). Tamil is no doubt a sweet language but just a little over-proud about its uniqueness which is apparently NOT TRUE.
