In 2004 at Darien Lakes August 6th 2004 the 'Dead' closed their show without Jerry. Warren Haynes did a tremendous job in his place.Walking out of the venue I said to my son; "I wonder if this is the last time I will here them." It was.

Great, magical video. I love how the EYE imagery haunts psychedelic minds. This music has calmed me down during a very harsh moment in an acid trip. Cried my heart out. It was as if they were singing just for me, really quiet so it wouldn't be upsetting. "And if you go, no one may follow, that path is for your steps alone". So I went. I'll find my way home.Thank you

they are so amazing. the feeling and meaning in their songs is so hidden, but so out in front of you. when it hits ya, its like fireworks.
