the real nail in the coffin to this mortgage decline are the second mortgages that most of the people took out in the last 5 years. Throw in job losses and the destruction of our dollar and you have one hell of a possible depression.

I just can't see how traditional brick and mortar brokers can compete with sites like zillow, trulia and reozom. Especially considering a lot of homeowners just simply don't have enough equity to cover the six percent commission traditional brokers charge.

Good stuff. Mr. Beck is the only person actually covering this stuff. He humbly admits he is not sophisticated enough to really crack it, and brings on the experts to lay it out. Props to Mr. Beck and Mr. Mortgage.

I'm confused, I'm a veteran who has a VA loan and its an adjustable, I got the rate at 5.25% does that mean when it goes up it will double rather then just go up one point? Are VA adjustable loans the same as the option arm thing? I'm so confused and scared now

We built our house for 325g 5yrs ago it appraised at 585 a year and a half ago, of course now we owe 390......if we get to the point where its ony worth 250 I might mail in my keys too.Screw it.

good post. what makes me give him even more props is that he didnt even post on his blog or mention any of this in ANY of his videos (you know bragging about it). thats when you know your sick.
