This is not a toy anymore, looks like its being made for some more serious reason than just for fun. Carbon body, stabilisation system, auto quidance perhaps.. If that is for sale in some point I would want to buy it for sure.

It IS a shaver, at least the body of it, with grav sensor replacing its normal content.

Actually, from what I've read, the flight time is up to 30 minutes. Though you know when the say "up to" it means out-of-the-box on a really good day for flying, if you don't move the thing around or do much that requires tons of power.But geez, it's the most stable remote-control hovercraft of any kind that I've ever seen. Usually they wobble, but that thing has one heck of a stabilization system.This is serious stuff. It's not really a toy, it's a demonstration of a scientific concept.

Cool concept but I'm sure the flight time is very limited. It uses FOUR motors! My R/C electric Heli uses ONE motor and it only hovers for about 10 minutes. This thing also has a video camera and GPS electronics which drains even more power. |
