I doubt that! It has always been a fringe meditative cult practiced from about the 12th century and in a small area centered around Konya in Central Turkey.There are a few performances available in Istanbul and other places in Turkey - virtually only attended by western tourists.In Indonesia, the largest Islam nation on earth, it is unknown.
