Thanks for the video. I have had some really bad experiences with agents and one in particular. It was if I was working for them to sell my house. I am now taking classes to become an agent. I know, everyone says the same thing "Why now, the market is falling" but at least I will be ready when it comes back up. The more I read in my text books the more I know how badly I was treated by my agent(s). That is part of why I decided to become an agent. Maybe, I can do a better job.
