We knew Bush didn't think up executive orders such as NSPD-51--his little brain isn't capable.Now we find out that the executive orders Bush signed were hidden in Cheney's safe where they weren't available for archiving, and their nefarious orders could be hidden from scrutiny.There may be executive orders no one knows about, which Cheney will pull out only if and when he takes power.

The Bush Administration has decided since 2000 as to what you can read and what you cannot read. That invites fascist. @EchelonMonitor: Just one correction please. A congressional study had nothing to do with it. Bush initiated several Executive Orders on July 2007. At that time all Americans lost their rights, and freedoms and were classified as enemy combatants. All of this was done under their nose. Obama and Clinton are both members of the ilderberg Group. The Builderbergs told Clinton when to drop out of the race. If asked, I can provide evidence that will prove my statements to be factual.

Correction: All people that the gouverment say are terrorists will be regarded as terrorists.And it is already happening. But not just to All americans yet. The people hold in Guantanamo and other secret places have no rights in Bush's eyes. They are not even human beings so they are not allowed a trial and defense.Meanwhile the American people is quiet since their President says they are "enemy combatents" and thats it. You will be quiet until it happens to you or your neighbour. its sad.
