ah...i think china is not that good in their english education because their country is rich enough to support their citizens and 3rd world countries is really good in english because their country can't support them so they travel and work in different countries so they need to be good in english.....not sure though.....

I dnt think China had a bad English education.. I think Hankyung were quite good in English.. Its juz dat for the sake for the tv show.. Probably he juz faking it.. I saw some of his show.. he were quit good in those simple english..
