Thanks Axe for posting this. Reminds me why I thought Schenker was God at the time. A long time later and I guess I was right. Abs MEGA. Glad there was no vocals on this one as Barden was always the worst thing about MSG.

hey axe...of all schenkers performances would you go as far as me as to say that this yr 1981 he was at his peak in ability and total feel?....i mean watch all the 1981 footage you on him...his chops,fingering,speed,and improv were just so much more fluent than all the other footage....i mean its almost sick to watch him rip that shit the way he is in 1981...talking bout live at budakon days

Simon phillips is a great drummer,dont get me wrong but Cozy Powell owns him. Thats my opinion.I give Paul Raymond 2 thumbs up.Chris Glen, WOW!!! Michael Schenker still blows my mind after watching this video 500 times.

Simon phillips played the drums on this record, and yes he's a better drummer then Cozy,more technical then Cozy, dont get me wrong Cozy is awesome, RIP!! |
