Big deal this Realtor is just being honest. The property probably has retained its value because nigglets arent running around. Look at any town where wetbacks or niggers have come in, crime always increases, drug selling increases. These people are vermin.

everyone who has lived around blacks knows they do not upkeep their properties. they are loud, and intrusive. i lived in little rock ar. when the 50 year anv of central high desg came around the federal gov sent crews to clean the school and surrounding houses. painting-landscapeing - ect. so it would look good for national tv. as it is all black now. when it was all white it was a nice area. 30 days after the cleanup it was trashed again.

Your right to a point. As an African-American I wouldnt want to live in an area where I wasnt wanted, just for the safety of my children and property. However, I have seen neighborhoods where White Trash residents have brought down the property values. I think I'm more in favor of judging people by their actions as opposed to their race, but, this is America and we are some of the most racist citizens in the world.

I am fully aware that my beliefs arent politically correct although they are honest. If more people were honest I think you would find that there are more racist people than you think. I only think that way about blacks not really because of their skin color , but because their actions have proven to be in line with stereotypes again and again.
