Actually, the governmet backs the insurers on these products so they have a role in deciding what insured products to offer. But I don't like the fact that they agreed to these products being introduced and now are moving backwards. I think it sends out a negative signal to people.

Once again Big Government interfering with the free market. I am still bearish on real estate and bullish on Gold and Silver. Oh Yes I am still renting because I am young and don't want a 40 year mortgages and zero down mortgages. Once property values start dropping what happens then??? Unwater, upside down!!!
