There is a Serverroom and there are some people in it. So what's so interesting about it? It can be a server from Youtube, from Google or from the piratebay. I don't see any police.And the piratebay is still there.

Ok, first of all...The pirate bay is awesome. Lets make that clear. But if you don't see what is wrong with it?? Uh?? Almost all of the content that you download off of that site is illegal. That is why the police busted these buys. In my opinion it should be legal to download games and music but the police think differently. That is why they were busted.

The Piratebay is awesome. And I dont see whats so wrong with downloading a game or film... I don't think torrenting a film or game is a second option for many people, i think there are the people who buy games, and the ones that torrent, and the odd view who are gunna torrent a game but then cbf so they buy it off steam with their dad's credit card :P

They moved their servers to Norway and Norway threw them out. They moved back to Sweden. The Swedish gov't charged them with 21 crimes. The charges are pending and they are awaiting trial. They are criminals.Another 22 year old from the US that thinks he knows Swedish law better than the Swedish prosecutors. Hillarious.

No they don't. Its still in sweden. They aren't breaking any laws there. After all, the thing they are doing is merely hosting user uploaded torrents. They themselfs aren't storing any illegal stuff, so they're fine.

It's not. TPB was raided. Charges were dropped though. It had a small down time, though, 2 or 3 days I think it was.
