Yes it is. It is a super bright dash light and for the money, it's a heck of deal.

You have to keep in mind that in order to capture the lights on video, the camera must be placed off of the light's focal axis. Therefore this does not appear as bright on video as it is in "real life". If the video were head on, all you would see is the camera being blinded and no detail. Also, even though this is a Pro-sumer quality 3ccd camera, it is still overwhelmed by the high brightness of the leds.

I understand that this light is linear and the prior model was TIR why does it seem like this one isn't as bright? And why does it look like it white and amber? |
